Bimetallic Composite Conductor PVC-insulated Power Cables

  • Standards implemented

Standards implemented for domestic customers of bimetallic composite conductor PVC insulated power cables are Q/HHD22, GB/T12706 and GB/T18380 . And products for abroad customers shall be manu- factured according to British Standard (BS), Germany Standard(DIN) and standards of other nations. Moreover, bimetallic composite conductor cables with special per- formances can also be designed and manufactured ac- cording to the requirements of customers.

  • Application

Bimetallic composite conductor PVC insulated power cables are suitable to transmitting lines with rated volt- age of 0.6/1KV and below in fixed-laid.

  • Using feature

① The long term permitted working temperature of the conductive core of cable wire is 105℃ .

② The max. temperature of the cable conductor is lower than 160℃ in short circuit(not more than 5s at lon- gest duration).

③ It is light in weight, good in bending properties, easy and convenient for installation and maintenance. Rated voltage: 0.6/1kV The conductive core of cable is bimetallic composite conductor. The number of cores of cable can be divided into single core, double – core, three – core, four – core and five – core, and each core can be divided into armor type and non armor type(single core magnet armor is suitable to direct current lines only).
