Standards implemented for domestic customers of 0.6/ 1kV bimetallic composite conductor cross – linked PVC insulated power cable products are Q/HHD22, GB/ T12706 and GB/T18380. And products for abroad custom- ers shall be manufactured according to British Standard (BS), Germany Standard(DIN) and standards of other na- tions. Moreover, 0.6/ 1kV bimetallic composite conductor cross – linked PVC insulated power cable products with special performances can also be designed and manufac- tured according to the requirements of customers.

• Application

Bimetallic composite conductor cross – linked PVC insulated power cable is suitable for fixed layout of power transmission and distribution circuits with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below.

• Using Feature

①The highest rated temperature of cable conductor is 105℃ .

②The max . temperature of the cable conductor is lower than 250℃ in short circle(not more than 5s at lon- gest duration).

③Rated voltage: 0.6/1kV The wire core of cable is bimetallic composite conduc- tor. The number of cores of cable can be divided into single core, double – core, three – core, four – core and five – core, and each core can be divided into armor type and non armor type(single core magnet armor is suitable to direct current lines only).
