• I General Situation of Products:

Halogen-free low-smoke inflaming retarding fire resistance silicone rubber cable is a new product developed and designed by ourselves, it not only has high inflaming retarding grade of fire resistance cable property, but also has silicon rubber prop- erties, such as high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid & alkali resistance, corrosion prevention, waterproof, etc.; the cable is soft, easy to lay, with steady performance and ex- cellent aging resistance performance in high temperature(low temperature) circumstance, and it is suitable for power system or control and supervisory control system, especially suitable for small bend radius and soft-required situations.

• II Product Features

(1) The fire resistance performance depends not on the flame retardant coating formed by mica tape only, it depends on the properties and components of the insulate material and the sheath material, and thus prevents the quality of the silicon rubber cable(environmentally friendly) of the fire resistance cable from being affected by the quality situation of mica tape market. (2) The pass rate of the design and manufacture for small section fire resistance cable can reach 100%. (3) With well performance in flexibility, the cable is suitable especially for small bend radius situation. (4) When burning, the min. transmittance of the cable is >80%, the toxicity of the smoke is ≥12.4mg/L, the safety per- formance is improved. (5) The temperature resistance grade of insulating mate- rial, namely the PVC material, is highly increased, which im- proves the safety condition at over loading. (6) Compared with traditional fire resistance cable with the same specification, the new cable has smaller outside diam- eter.
